Omicron Delta Kappa (O∆K) is the nation’s premier leadership honor society, recognizing students who make an impact in and beyond the classroom. Membership is a mark of distinction as fewer than five percent of students on any campus are invited to join. The UNC Charlotte, Emerald circle of Omicron Delta Kappa (O∆K) National Leadership Honor Society was chartered on February 24, 1982 and has initiated over 830 members across the past 41 years.
What makes O∆K unique is our belief that leadership takes many forms. We celebrate achievement and foster collaboration by bringing together students, faculty, staff, alumni, and community leaders across all areas of campus life - scholarship, service, athletics, the arts, and communication.
As part of O∆K, you’ll join a community that values collaboration, connects you with other change-makers, and challenges you to keep growing.
