OVERVIEW
The Executive Leadership Program focuses on the transition from undergraduate leadership to leadership as a new professional. This is the first program of its kind in the United States! The Executive Leadership Program is open to students graduating in December 2025 and May/August 2026. Applications for the Fall 2025 semester are open now and available on Niner Engage.
PROGRAM DESIGN
Program components will include such topics as:
- Know your NC workplace Rights
- Building your professional reputation/brand
- Understanding your strengths
- Creating and articulating a vision for your organization and life
- Professionalism and etiquette
- Managing work/life balance
- Interviewing and salary negotiations
- Conflict, generations, and the workplace
- Learning from young professionals
